Follow-up Counselling Session for Anxiety and Sleep Difficulties
Counsellor (speaking English) and Client (speaking Serbian) talk through “Follow-up Counselling Session for Anxiety and Sleep Difficulties”. You interpret both ways — English into Serbian, and Serbian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Good afternoon, thanks for coming in today. Before we start, can you tell me a little about how you've been feeling since our last session two weeks ago?
Pa, gospođo, otkad smo se poslednji put videli, osećao sam se prilično nervozno. Ne spavam dobro i često se budim usred noći.
That's understandable to hear. Have you noticed any changes in your sleep, appetite, or moments where anxiety feels stronger than usual, especially at work?
Apetit mi je slabiji nego obično, a na poslu mi je teško da se koncentrišem jer mi misli stalno lutaju.
I'd like to suggest a referral to headspace for additional support, alongside our regular sessions. Would that feel like a helpful next step?
To zvuči dobro, gospođo. Nisam čuo za headspace ranije, ali rado bih probao ako mislite da može da pomogne.
Great. Let's continue with the breathing exercises three times a week, plus journaling before bed. How does that plan sound to you?
Probaću, gospođo, mada mi je ponekad teško da nađem vremena uveče. Pokušaću bar tri puta nedeljno.
If you don't feel ready to talk about the trauma today, we can slow down and revisit it whenever you're comfortable.
Hvala vam na razumevanju, gospođo. Radije bih malo sačekao pre nego što pričamo o tome detaljno.
Let's book your next appointment for Thursday the ninth at half past ten in the morning. Does that time work well for you?
U redu, gospođo, taj termin mi odgovara. Doći ću u četvrtak ujutru, hvala vam puno.
