Before we start the examination, could you describe exactly what happened when you fell and hit your head this afternoon at home?
Pao sam niz stepenice u svojoj kući u Adamstounu oko dva sata popodne i udario sam glavu o ogradu.
Did you lose consciousness, feel nauseous, or vomit at any point after the fall, and how bad is your headache right now?
Nisam gubio svest, ali osećao sam mučninu odmah posle pada, a sada imam jaku glavobolju sa desne strane.
Are you currently taking any blood-thinning medication, such as warfarin or aspirin, or do you have allergies to any medicines?
