What's been going on with your ear, Dragan? Can you tell me exactly when it first started feeling blocked or muffled?
Već nedelju dana mi je levo uho kao začepljeno, čujem prigušeno i ponekad mi zuji, naročito uveče.
Have you had any pain, discharge, dizziness, or fever, or is it mainly the muffled hearing and occasional ringing in that ear?
Nema bola ni izlučevine, samo osećaj pritiska, a najviše mi smeta kad legnem da spavam.
I can see a significant buildup of earwax completely blocking the canal. We'll start with softening drops for three days before we try to remove it.
Da li te kapi mogu da izazovu neku reakciju? Imam alergiju na neke lekove za uši.
These drops are a gentle olive-oil based solution, not a medication, so an allergic reaction is very unlikely, but please stop using them if you notice any irritation.

Please avoid swimming and don't insert cotton buds until the wax clears completely; that could push it deeper and even cause an infection.
