Thanks for coming in, Mr. Kovačević. Before we lodge your divorce application with the Federal Circuit and Family Court, I need to confirm a few details about your separation date.
Razdvojili smo se pre četrnaest meseci, ali smo neko vreme živeli pod istim krovom zbog dece. Brine me šta će biti sa starateljstvom nad decom.
That's fine, living under the same roof is common. How old are your two children, and do you currently have an informal parenting arrangement?

Divorce and parenting arrangements are handled separately. The divorce only ends the marriage; custody, called parenting orders, must be settled through mediation or the court independently.
