Before we start, can you tell me exactly when your daughter's breathing became difficult tonight, and whether she's already used her blue puffer at home?

Has she had any serious asthma attacks like this before, and does she have a written asthma action plan from her regular GP?

We'll give her four puffs of Ventolin through this spacer right now, and we'll repeat that every twenty minutes if her breathing doesn't settle.
