Good afternoon, Mr Jovanović. I'm calling about your recent knee surgery claim at Royal North Shore Hospital. Can you confirm your policy number for me?
Thank you. Our records show the surgery was performed on 14 March, but your hospital cover only started on 1 February this year.
Knee surgery for a pre-existing condition has a 12-month waiting period. Since you'd only had cover for six weeks, the claim wasn't payable in full.
The hospital has already billed us $2,400. Medibank paid $1,200, leaving a gap payment of $1,200 for you to cover directly.
To je dosta novca odjednom. Da li postoji mogućnost da platim u ratama, umesto celog iznosa odmah?
We can set up a payment plan of $200 per month over six months through the Medibank member portal, if that suits you better.
To mi odgovara, hvala.
You'll need to upload your hospital invoice and surgeon's report through the Medibank app; I can't process anything without those documents.
U redu, otpremiću račun i lekarski izveštaj preko aplikacije već danas popodne. Hvala vam na pomoći.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Serbian dialogues · All languages
