Mr Petrović, before we start the claim process, could you walk me through exactly what happened and when you first noticed the break-in at your home?
Vratio sam se sa posla u petak uveče oko osam i primetio sam da su vrata na terasi bila obijena. Nedostaju mi nakit i laptop.
Did you report this incident to NSW Police straight away? If so, could you give me the event number and the date it was lodged?
