Good afternoon, Mrs Kovač. I'm calling from Suncorp about your storm damage claim lodged last Thursday for the roof and fence at your Ballarat property.

Before repairs begin, you'll need to pay the $500 excess directly to the approved contractor, not to Suncorp. Do you have any questions about that?
Da, imam pitanje. Da li mogu platiti tih pet stotina dolara u dve rate, umesto odjednom? Trenutno mi je teško sa novcem.
Unfortunately, the excess can't be split into installments through Suncorp, it must be paid as one lump sum before work starts. Some contractors do offer their own payment plans though.
