Ms Radović, thanks for coming in today. Can you tell me how you've been feeling over the past few weeks?
Poslednjih meseci se osećam veoma tužno, nemam volje ni za šta, a i teško spavam noću. Ponekad ne mogu da ustanem iz kreveta ujutru.
That sounds difficult. I'd like to prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan and refer you to a psychologist, or you could try the Medicare Mental Health Centre instead. Which option interests you?
Da li psiholog nešto košta? I šta je tačno taj Medicare Mental Health Centre o kome ste pomenuli?
If bulk-billed, the psychologist costs nothing to you. The Medicare Mental Health Centre is a free walk-in service for adults, no referral or appointment needed, open every weekday.

The earliest appointment I can arrange is next Thursday at ten thirty, so about eight days from now.

That's fine, medication isn't compulsory. Many patients manage well with therapy alone, though we can revisit medication later if your symptoms don't improve.

The psychologist's rooms are on Sturt Street in Ballarat, near the library. The Medicare Mental Health Centre is a ten-minute walk from there, on Lydiard Street.
