Maternity Check-up: Blood Pressure and Fetal Movement Review
Midwife (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Serbian) talk through “Maternity Check-up: Blood Pressure and Fetal Movement Review”. You interpret both ways — English into Serbian, and Serbian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Full transcript
Good afternoon, Mrs. Jovanović. How have you been feeling since last week, and has the swelling in your ankles settled down?
Dobro popodne, doktorka. Osećam se umorno, a stopala su mi i dalje malo otečena, pogotovo uveče kada duže stojim.
Your blood pressure today reads one hundred and thirty-eight over eighty-five, which is slightly higher than your usual readings. Have you had any headaches or blurred vision?
It's not dangerous yet, but we'll monitor it closely. I'll refer you to the obstetric clinic at John Hunter Hospital for further review this Thursday.
Hvala vam.
Movements can vary, but if you notice fewer than ten movements in two hours, please come to the hospital immediately, day or night.
Razumem, hvala.
Yes, we'll book your glucose tolerance test for week twenty-six, next Thursday morning at eight thirty, so please fast beforehand.
Keep eating iron-rich foods like lean meat and leafy greens, and continue your daily iron and folic acid supplement unless you experience nausea.
Hvala vam puno, doktorka.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Serbian dialogues · All languages
