Formal Complaint Against an Electrician
Fair Trading Officer (speaking English) and 客户 (speaking Turkish) talk through “Formal Complaint Against an Electrician”. You interpret both ways — English into Turkish, and Turkish into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for coming in today. Please tell me exactly what went wrong with the electrician who rewired your kitchen in Coffs Harbour last month.
Did you sign a written contract, and do you still have the invoice showing the two thousand eight hundred dollar agreed price?
Evet, sözleşmeyi imzaladım ve faturam hâlâ elimde duruyor, ama elektrikçi işi tamamlamadan önce ücretin tamamını benden istedi.
Since then, have you contacted him at all, asking him to come back and finish the remaining wiring work?
Üç kez aradım ama telefonlarıma hiç cevap vermedi, hatta bir defasında mesaj attım, ona da yanıt gelmedi.
I'll lodge a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading on your behalf. If he still refuses to respond, you may be able to apply to NCAT.
Peki, arabuluculuk da işe yaramazsa, yani elektrikçi bunu da reddederse ne olacak?
If mediation doesn't resolve things, NCAT can hold a hearing and order him to fix the wiring or refund part of the cost.
Anlıyorum. Bu süreç için hangi belgeleri hazırlamam gerekiyor?
Please gather the signed contract, invoice, photos of the unfinished wiring, and any text messages you exchanged. You can upload everything through the Fair Trading online portal.
Anladım, çok teşekkür ederim. Belgeleri en kısa sürede toparlayıp portala yükleyeceğim.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- fair tradingKurum adı olduğu için 'Fair Trading' İngilizce bırakılmalı, gerekirse 'Fair Trading tüketici kurumu' denebilir.
- online portal'Çevrimiçi portal' veya 'internet sistemi' şeklinde çevrilir, bağlama göre 'başvuru sistemi' denebilir.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Turkish dialogues · All languages
