Health Insurance Claim Follow-up
Claims Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking Turkish) talk through “Health Insurance Claim Follow-up”. You interpret both ways — English into Turkish, and Turkish into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Before we finish today, let's review your Medibank claim for the hospital admission on the third of March this year.
Evet, faturayı ve makbuzu geçen hafta yükledim. Toplam tutar bin iki yüz kırk dolardı, doğru mu diye kontrol edebilir misiniz?
I can see the invoice and receipt in the file, but the specialist referral letter is missing; without it, the claim can't be finalised properly.
The GP referral only covers the initial consultation; the specialist letter confirms the procedure itself, so please upload it through the secure member portal soon.
There's an eighty-five dollar excess on this policy, which applies unless your employer's extras cover happens to offset it fully.
Processing time can vary quite a bit depending on how quickly documents come through; I can't give you an exact date, but it's usually not too long.
You'll get a message through the member portal once your claim's been assessed, but you're also welcome to check the status online anytime yourself.
Anladım, teşekkür ederim, portalı düzenli olarak kontrol edeceğim.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Turkish dialogues · All languages
