Theft Insurance Claim
Claims Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking Turkish) talk through “Theft Insurance Claim”. You interpret both ways — English into Turkish, and Turkish into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thank you for calling Suncorp Insurance about your theft claim today. Could you please confirm the exact property address where the theft took place?
Evet, adresim Campbelltown'da, Queen Sokak numara on yedi, posta kodu iki bin yedi yüz kırk sekiz.
Could you tell me exactly when the theft occurred, and whether you have already reported the incident to New South Wales Police?
Hırsızlık geçen Perşembe gecesi, yaklaşık saat on birde oldu; olayı hemen New South Wales Polisi'ne bildirdim ve bir rapor numarası aldım.
Could you please list all the stolen items individually, and give me an approximate total value for the entire claim?
Evden bir dizüstü bilgisayar, altın bir kolye ve nakit para çalındı; toplam değeri yaklaşık üç bin dolar civarında.
Your policy has an excess of two hundred and fifty dollars, which will be deducted automatically before any payout amount is processed.
Anladım, iki yüz elli dolar makul görünüyor; ama bu tutarı şimdi mi ödemem gerekiyor, yoksa ödeme yapılırken mi kesiliyor?
The excess is deducted directly from your payout amount, not paid upfront. Would you like to proceed with lodging the claim today, or would you prefer to wait?
Anladım, o zaman ödeme sonradan kesiliyor demek. Evet, başvuruyu bugün yapmak istiyorum, daha fazla beklemek istemiyorum.
An assessor from Suncorp will contact you within five business days to inspect the damage and verify all your claim details thoroughly.
Teşekkür ederim, beş iş günü içinde arandığımda evde olacağım ve gerekli belgeleri hazırlayacağım.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- excess'Muafiyet tutarı' veya 'sigorta muafiyeti' şeklinde çevrilmeli.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Turkish dialogues · All languages
