Mr. Islam, the X-ray shows a crack running through your lower right molar, extending toward the root, which is why you're feeling that sharp pain.

You have two options — a root canal to save the tooth, or a full extraction. I'd refer you to an endodontist at Sydney Dental Hospital for the root canal.
