Counselling Intake for Anxiety and Sleep Difficulties
Counsellor (speaking English) and Client (speaking Bosnian) talk through “Counselling Intake for Anxiety and Sleep Difficulties”. You interpret both ways — English into Bosnian, and Bosnian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for coming in today, Mrs. Hodžić. Before we start, could you tell me how your sleep and appetite have been this past fortnight?
Stalno brinem o djeci.
That sounds really difficult, especially with the children at home. On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your anxiety most days?
Srce mi kuca brzo i teško dišem.
I'd like to suggest a six-week counselling program here at Frankston Hospital, with weekly fifty-minute sessions on Wednesdays. Would that timing work for you?
Moj muž radi cijeli dan i nemamo nikoga drugog ovdje u Australiji.
If you ever feel unsafe or have thoughts of harming yourself, please call Lifeline immediately, any time, day or night, even on weekends.
We won't share your information with anyone else unless you give written consent, or there's a serious safety concern for you or your family.
To me umiruje.
Let's book your first session for next Thursday at ten o'clock at the community health centre. Does that time suit your work schedule?
Hvala vam puno na vremenu i strpljenju danas.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Bosnian dialogues · All languages
