Thanks so much for coming in today, Mr Vogel. Can you walk me through exactly what happened at the warehouse in Bunbury last Thursday afternoon?

Once you lodge the application, the Commission usually schedules a conciliation conference within about six to eight weeks, if both parties are available.

Conciliation can result in reinstatement or a negotiated payout. If it doesn't resolve there, the matter proceeds to arbitration before a Commissioner.
