Before we begin, could you tell me whether your GP referred you here today, and if you have that referral letter with you?

With a valid GP referral, Medicare covers part of the cost of each session, and we bulk-bill concession card holders, so today's visit won't cost you anything unexpected.

Each counselling session runs for fifty minutes, and we usually recommend weekly appointments for the first six weeks before reviewing your progress together.

The current waiting list here is about three weeks, but our Wollongong headspace clinic sometimes has earlier cancellations if you're flexible with timing.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- referral letter'진료의뢰서'라고 번역하면 됩니다.
- gp referral'GP 의뢰서' 또는 'GP 소견서'라고 말하면 됩니다.
- medicare그대로 'Medicare'라고 영어 발음으로 말하면 된다. 한국어 대체 명칭을 새로 만들지 않는다.
- concession card'복지 할인카드' 또는 '컨세션 카드'라고 설명하면 됩니다.
