Mr. Kowalski, could you tell me how long you've had this diarrhoea, roughly how many times a day it's happening, and whether you've noticed any blood?
Mam to już od trzech dni, chodzę do toalety chyba sześć albo siedem razy dziennie. Nie zauważyłem krwi, ale jest bardzo wodnista.
Have you had any fever or vomiting, and are you managing to keep fluids down without bringing them straight back up?
Miałem lekką gorączkę wczoraj wieczorem, ale nie wymiotowałem. Piję dużo wody, ale mam silne skurcze żołądka i czuję się osłabiony.
