Before we start, take your time — there's no rush. Can you tell me exactly what happened at the shop this afternoon, starting from when you noticed something unusual?
Dobrze, dziękuję. Było około trzeciej po południu, kiedy do sklepu wszedł mężczyzna w kapturze i zażądał pieniędzy z kasy.
Did you get a good look at him? Can you describe his height, clothing, hairstyle, or anything distinctive about his appearance that might help us identify him?
Był wysoki, chyba metr osiemdziesiąt pięć, miał krótkie czarne włosy, czarną bluzę z kapturem i bliznę nad lewym okiem.
Did he have a weapon at any point, and were you or anyone else inside the shop injured or threatened during the robbery?
Miał nóż, ale nikogo nie zranił. Byłam bardzo przestraszona, chociaż na szczęście nic mi się nie stało.
Is there CCTV footage from inside the shop, or perhaps near the entrance to Coles at Bankstown Central that we could also check?
