Can you tell me exactly when these headaches first started, how often they've been happening, and whether anything in particular seems to trigger them?
Zaczęło się jakieś dwa tygodnie temu. Bóle pojawiają się prawie codziennie, głównie po południu, i nic konkretnego chyba tego nie wywołuje, po prostu przychodzą same.
Besides the head pain, have you noticed any nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, or any changes in your vision lately?
Tak, czasem czuję mdłości i bardzo przeszkadza mi światło, ale nie zauważyłem żadnych zmian w widzeniu, na szczęście.
Have you taken anything for the pain, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, and if so, has it actually made any noticeable difference?
Brałem paracetamol dwa razy dziennie przez cały tydzień, ale ból w ogóle nie ustąpił, wciąż wraca w tym samym miejscu.
If the headaches continue every day, or if you ever notice sudden blurred vision, weakness, or confusion, we'll need to investigate this further with brain imaging.

The typical wait for that scan is about three weeks, and since it's bulk-billed through Medicare, you won't have any out-of-pocket cost.
