Od jakiegoś tygodnia mam ciągłe kichanie, swędzenie oczu i katar, szczególnie rano, zanim wyjdę do pracy.
Since you drive for deliveries, safety matters here. Have you taken any antihistamines before, and did they cause drowsiness?

Loratadine won't cause drowsiness for most people, unlike older antihistamines, so it should be safe for your driving shifts. The University of Melbourne's pollen count service shows grass pollen is unusually high this week.

You don't need to wear a mask, but avoiding outdoor deliveries before nine in the morning, when pollen peaks, will reduce your symptoms significantly.

Let's trial loratadine for two weeks first. If your symptoms haven't improved by then, we'll consider adding a nasal spray as well.
