Good afternoon, I hear your eyes are itchy and you've been sneezing a lot lately. Can you tell me exactly what symptoms you've been experiencing?

Do you notice these symptoms worse around grass or pollen? Are you currently taking any other medication, or do you have allergies to any medicines?

I'd recommend a non-drowsy antihistamine, available at Chemist Warehouse, taken once daily. If you haven't had liver problems before, this should suit you well.
