Thanks for coming in today, Mrs Kovalenko. I've read your GP's referral mentioning low mood, poor sleep, and stress since your husband's redundancy.

Each session runs for fifty minutes here at our clinic. Once your GP refers you, you won't need a new referral for future visits this year.

Yes, she's welcome to join for the first ten minutes if that helps you feel comfortable, but afterward we'll continue one-on-one, since counselling works best without family present.

There's no extra cost—the interpreter is arranged through this service. We're based at Grand Pacific Health in Warrawong, with sessions available Thursdays or Fridays.

I'd suggest starting with six weekly sessions, then we'll sit down together and review whether you need continued support afterward.
