Thanks for coming in, Elena. Your GP mentioned you've stopped eating breakfast and lunch most days, and that mealtimes have become quite stressful—when did this pattern start?

You've lost about four kilograms in the past six weeks, which is more than we'd like to see—have you noticed any dizziness or fainting?

I'd like to refer you to the eating disorder program at the InsideOut Institute. You won't need to stay in hospital unless your heart rate drops further.

The program includes weekly sessions with a dietitian and a psychologist, usually for about ten weeks, plus regular check-ins with your GP. Are you able to attend on Thursdays?
