Mrs. Ivanova, your application is now with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney. Can you confirm you've been separated for twelve months?

Do you have any children under eighteen years old, or will this application also need parenting orders filed with the court?

That's fine, provided service happens at least one full month before the hearing date, which the court has tentatively scheduled for October.

After service is completed, we'll file an affidavit confirming delivery with the court. If he doesn't respond, the hearing can still proceed without his consent.

That's fine - the courier can simply file a certificate of service instead, and the court will accept that as valid proof of delivery.
