Thanks for coming in. Could you explain what happened after you told your supervisor at Bunnings that you were pregnant?

Since you weren't dismissed, this case falls under general protections rules for adverse action, not the dismissal provisions, so the process is slightly different.

There's no fixed 21-day limit here — that only applies to dismissal cases. Still, you shouldn't delay too long, as the Fair Work Commission expects reasonably prompt action.
