Personal Injury Claim After a Car Accident
Claims Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking German) talk through “Personal Injury Claim After a Car Accident”. You interpret both ways — English into German, and German into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for calling NRMA today, Mr. Keller — I have your accident report from Wollongong here in front of me. Can you confirm the exact date it happened?
I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Are you still having physiotherapy sessions for the neck injury, or has that treatment already finished now?
We'll need a medical report from your GP or physiotherapist, along with receipts for any treatment costs you've already paid out of pocket.
A police report certainly helps, but if one isn't available yet, we can still open your claim while you organise the medical paperwork.
Good, that timing works well for us. Once you have the report, please upload it through the NRMA app under 'My Claims' — reference number 774610.
No need to post anything separately — the app copy is sufficient. Just keep your original receipts safely in case we need to verify them later.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All German dialogues · All languages
