有人说成“医疗证书”，听起来像资格证书，没有传达“请假用的病假条”这个功能。
Excess
说“自付额”或“免赔额”。
有人翻译成“超额”或“多余部分”，完全没有表达出这是保险理赔前需自己先付的那笔钱。
Waiting period
译为“等待期”，这是标准且准确的说法。

Police report
