Medicare
直接说英文 Medicare，不用翻译，因为这是专有名词，中文里没有对应词。
有人翻译成“医疗保险”或“医保卡”，这样会让考官分不清是指制度本身还是卡片，丢失专有名词的准确性。
Medicare card
说“Medicare卡”，保留英文名称加“卡”字即可。
有人说成“医保卡”，容易和中国的医保卡混淆，让人以为是完全不同的报销体系。
Beyond Blue
保留英文名称 Beyond Blue，可加“心理健康支持机构”简单说明。
有人把它翻成字面意思“超越忧郁”或直接意译，导致听众听不出这是个具体机构名称。
Palliative care
说“临终关怀”或“姑息治疗”，两者在澳洲华人社区都常用。
有人翻成“康复治疗”或“护理”，丢失了“临终、以缓解痛苦为目的”这个核心含义。
Concession card
译为“优惠卡”或“福利优惠卡”，如果语境明确可保留英文Concession Card。
常被误译成“会员卡”或“折扣卡”，丢失了它与政府福利资格绑定的官方性质。
Counselling sessions
说“心理咨询”或“辅导会谈”，视上下文可说“咨询/辅导课程”。
容易翻成“咨询”而丢失“sessions”隐含的“多次、持续性会面”的意思，或误译成“开会”。
My Aged Care
直接说英文名称 My Aged Care，可补充说明“政府老年护理服务转介系统”帮助考官确认理解。
把它直译成“我的老年护理”会让考官以为是普通描述而非专有名称，丢失关键信息点；也不要与“养老院”混为一谈。
Respite
说“喘息服务”，这是澳大利亚社区服务领域常用的对应译法。
直译成“休息”或“度假”会完全丢失“替代照护服务”这一核心含义，是常见丢分点。
Home care package
建议保留英文“Home Care Package”，或译为“居家养老服务包”。
常见错误译成“家庭护理套餐”，听起来像商业保健产品，丢失了“政府资助”“分级评估”这两个核心要素。
TIS National
直接说英文名称TIS National，可补充说明“电话传译服务”帮助考官理解。
考生常译成“国家翻译局”或“国家翻译中心”，让人以为是笔译机构，实际上它是电话口译服务，性质完全不同。
Aged care assessment
说“老年护理评估”。
容易与“ACAT”这一执行机构名称混用不分，或译成“老年体检”，丢失了“资格认定”这一核心含义。
Permanent resident
说“永久居民”即可,这是标准译法。
有人译成“公民”(citizen),这是错误的,永久居民和公民在投票权、护照等方面不同。
ACAT
保留英文缩写“ACAT”，并可补充说明“老年护理评估团队”。
有考生自行翻译成“老人评估委员会”等名称，容易与其他机构混淆，应保留缩写以确保准确对应。
Interpreter service
说“口译服务”。
常被说成“翻译服务”，但“翻译”在中文里更偏向笔译，容易让考官/听者误解为文件翻译而非现场口译。
NDIS
直接说英文缩写NDIS即可,考试中无需展开翻译,如需解释可说“全国残障保险计划”。
有考生译为“国家医保”或与Medicare混淆,这是错误的,NDIS是残障支持计划,与医疗保险体系不同。
